Seems that when putting a tune in many have come to the conclusion it sometimes takes a few days for the truck to wake up, I have noticed this with the Bully Dog and have read that others have had the same feeling that when putting a tune in it takes the truck a few days of driving around for the ECU to learn your driving style. Just a thought in case you might want to try this. I have no Dino proof of this, and maybe its just imaginary but seems to be the conclusion of a few who have felt it.

I had the diablo tune in for over a week. Personally never noticed it waking up. As i said i only loaded the 91 tune running 93 octane gas. I am gonna keep the diablo for when i supercharge it in a few years, but for now i think im gonna stick with the interceptor.

Thanks Viper for your comparison. As a matter of fact my first purchase was the DCX, and after 2weeks of trying back in Feb. to get it to download,(unsucessfully) I sent it back.I will not plead with tech support to HELP me download something which is advertised to do, but won't! I guess I'm just too ole school, And expect what I pay for, to work. Also it was your post that enlightened me on the Hypertech update, thanks again.

Any updates or driving comments on the "Interceptor"..?? I'm considering one for my 2013 as I can get one for $279 which is a lot cheaper than a tuner.

Mine is still impressing me, but as i stated this was versus the stock 91 diablo tune running 93 octane. Personally the interceptor is fairly easy to install and a bargain for the avg guy that just wants to wake up the truck.

I did, after reading your post,I attached the accelerator module to update, and got the same message as you. I took it out, and called them, and sent it to them that day.( Monday). They received on Wed., I had it back on Friday. I did send Everything. When I got it back, I attached it again, this time it stated, something like," no further updates". When I called I asked them about any further updates, they said if there were, I'd be notified by e-mail. He also said, he doesn't anticipate any further updates in the near future. I did notice some difference in shifting, it seems to downshift quicker. It' so different with it, than without it, was really good to go without it a week, to fully appreciate what it does.
