Default JBA shorty s and warranty

I was thinking of installing some jba shortys and was wondering how it will effect the warranty if it will effect it at all.

You could run into warranty issues with that since you will be replacing parts that affect the cats. Your best bet would be to ask your local Dodge service dept. If the engine runs lean or rich afterwards, they very well could blaim the headers, and their lawyers have all the time and money in the world to fight you.
If you are going to bother with headers, go long tube. Cheaper versions are coming out and it will be worth the wait and money. Shorty headers are a last resort imo.

Yeah I was going to go on Monday and see what they say about it. I was wanting the long tubes but I was talking to the guys at the shop here and they were saying that because this is my daily driver and the extreme cold of our winters that they see a lot of them cracking from how cold it is here in the winter. I was wanting to change them out after I order my tips and delete the resonators. I guess if it will not work I will just put the extra money elsewhere.
