Default Front suspension

Just bought a new to me 07' Big Horn 4WD Hemi. ( Upgraded from a 05' 4.7l ). It has 55k and so far has been a great truck but the front suspension seems shot. When I back out of the driveway and drop off the curb I almost bottom out and the smallest bump seems magnified. I was looking to install the Rancho Quicklift suspension just wanted some feedback. Thanks.
