For your needs I would recommend Nitto Terra. Absolutely a great tire. Quiet, good longevity, and best off road A/T in my opinion.

For a M/T the quietest M/T i know is Toyo Open Country. That is what I have now and they are not loud at all. Just a slight hum. But they can get pricey.

I have it leveled for the look but they fit before I leveled it with no problems. I had aftermarket wheels but they will fit on a stock 20 with no problem since they are only one size up from stock. The only problem I had with rubbing was when I ran a 305/55 cooper zeon ltz on stock wheels they rubbed the sway bar on hard turns on a 2wd 09.

I think I need to choose between nitto, toyo and the cooper. The more I read about the silent armor, it seems like the reviews aren't as good as others and they cost a lil more than I wanted to go. I'd like to find a very slightly used set on some 17's to get a taller sidewall. I just think it looks better. More opinions are welcome
Thanks

The Nitto's are a huge improvement over the stock tires. In rain with stock tires I would have to have the truck in 4x4 auto due to the crap stock tires. With the nitto's this is not the case! As for highway driving I haven't heard a pip out of the nitto's

Alberto22- that's a huge difference goin with the 65 series! Any idea the height difference between the 275/65/20 & the 285/60/20??? I been trying to search to figure out the different heights.
Any pics of the tires on ur truck? I heard they wear quick, that's my only issue with them.

They don't. I had 285 Nitto Terras on my 06 2500 Cummins 4x4 and they lasted 35k miles and I hardly ever rotated or checked tire pressure as much as I should have... This is on a 3/4 Cummins... Much heavier truck.

Great tires.

still stock ride height 285 is the width which would be wider then stock not taller. 65 is a little bit more that an inch taller then stock.

Great post guys! Does anyone out there with a 2013 air suspension truck know if a set of the Nitto tires would cause problems with rubbing? I can't lift the front or rear with the belsteins like most.

Then get a set same size as your stock tires 275 60 20 you'll be fine.
