AsILayDying- how did you do your emblems? Looking at doing mine, did you tape off anywhere?

Looking at doing my 22's also, how many cans do you think I would need? Do I need to tape off for rims or best not too? Also were does everyone get their plastidip?

To the OP looks great!

Just spray the emblems with a few good coats and peel off the excess around the emblems. Pretty easy to do honestly. Hard to explain until you do it you will see what I mean.

2 cans should do your wheels, and dont tape off just peel away the overspray.

He's not joking, Plasti Dip will literally peel right off the clear coat. No damage to what's underneath. You can spray all round the emblems, and peel everything off around them. Pretty nifty stuff If you ask me :P

2 to 3 cans will be enough unless your wheels have a solid face.

2 cans finshed my 20's. You probably should have 3 cans for the 22's. But I can't see how you can use an entire can on one wheel.
