Welcome to the forumz. You might have the dealer check it out, or a shop that does installations. Couldn't be too serious. Oh, before someone gives you crap, don't post in all capitals, people think you're hollering. It don't bother me, cause I'm half deaf. Oh, make sure you turn up the gain knob on the controller.

Iv Recently found out through another post I had read that even the rams that have towing package does not have the brake wires run to the 7 way connector the blue brake wire is the wire that's not in it so you still have to run that wire to rear of truck this is one dumbass thing dodge did get a towing package thinking all is ready go just to find out they leave the brake wire out of harness to rear of truck heck that's part of what I call towing package ready to install controller and go but not Dodge

I bought an 07 Liberty with the tow package. That blue wire is at the plug in the rear but NO one could find it in the front under the dash. Dealer finally ran a new one that lasted for a year before corroding off.
Now I have to install brakes on my new to me 04 Dakota....My 02 Ram had the wire, no sweat....
