Put 45 psi in them today and they are still singing pretty loud. I can hear them over my radio at a normal level. I am in spec on everything (tire pressure and alignment).Maybe it is the size making them loud. The bigger the tire, the bigger the lugs. Oh well, my ears aren't bleeding or anything. Guess I will stick it out and make different choice next time.

Definitely weird. I have 355/60-20 Terra Grapplers (37x14.00), which I think is the widest size they make. I'm assuming the tires are new??? But, irregular wear can change the tone tremendously. There is an older F-150 in my city with a set of cupped out, no-name all terrain tires, in a normal OEM size and they are louder than Mud Grapplers. I swear I can hear him coming a mile away!

This is quite odd....
Id say take it back where you got them and ask them for another set if possible as you should not be hearing them.
If you do, it should be faint
Wandell has the largest you can get them in too...
I have them in 325/60/20 and they are quiet

You sure you got Terra Grapplers and not Trail Grapplers?
Got pics of your tires?

One positive thing I can say is that when I increased tire pressure to 45 lbs, my mpg is phenomenal. Maybe .5 to 1mpg less than stock. Pulled 18.2mpg on my 130 mile trip today. Traveling from 60-65 mph. The day before, I knocked down 17mpg traveling 70mph for 260 miles on the interstate.

Lol....
Had to ask
But yup, those are Terra's
Maybe is all that shine

Kidding aside, I'd def go back to the tire shop as you should not hear much to anything out of them.

Digs, you have an aftermarket exhaust on that truck? If not, that might be why you can hear yours and FastnUgly can't really hear his..

I have the stock exhaust system. That could be it. Had it aligned at 4 wheel parts and the guy working there told me that it is normal for terra grapplers to make some noise. He said the first time he heard a set of them, he was surprised how loud they were too. BTW, I didn't purchase the tires there.
