Question Power Window Control Panel Loose....

I am looking for some advice or help. My control panel for the power window/door lock buttons appears to be loose and when I press down on the buttons they lower as if it's not secured in position. Is there a clip or a screw that is broken or missing from inside the door panel or is there a way for me to look inside there. Thanks for any advice or help offered.

There are 2 phillips screws that hold the unit to the trim ring. If you are careful you can pry it up. Good news, the trim ring is very cheap to replace. Buy the trim ring from dealer and you can see exactly how it goes together. BTW, I once left drivers window open and that control unit got soaked from a thunderstorm. When I got out to the truck, the window was going up and down by itself. I figured it was toast, but driving with the heater on for half hour dried it out and it's been fine ever since. Don't loan you Ram to anyone else and that control won't get broken again. (my case)
