And here's the factory diagram for 2002. This applies to both early and late DR builds.

Switched out the IPM and all is well. What a nightmare that was.

Yeah, the gauges no longer freak out, it no longer stalls, and at tempereture fuel system primes as normal.

The only issue now with the truck is the abs light, speedometer not working, heater blower only blows on high. Ill should make a new post for that I think.

Heater blowing on high can be attributed to the blower motor resistor going bad. Simple, inexpensive fix. Make sure the plug isn't melted as well. As for the ABS, start by scanning the module.

Replaced the speed reference sensor on the rear end. Same issue, ABS flashes and dings every couple of seconds.... No code thrown.

I checked the connector on the ABS module (While I was working the other issue) and it seemed fine, all the wires seem in good shape.

ABS module bad? There a way to test it?

Were there no codes stored in the ABS module? If not, I would recommend checking the power and grounds going to it as a first step.

I don't have a scanner for the ABS. Is there another way to pull codes from it?

An ABS capable scan tool is the only way I'm aware of.

Had the dealership scan for codes. Came up with Codes:

1. 82 - Number of tone ring teeth out of range.
2. 63 - Rear reset switch closed.

Oddly he said he hadn't seen those before. The truck has larger tires than stock, could those be the cause?
