Well, I also use the Speedy Surface Prep Towel, which is a million times better than clay in my opinion, although the article this thread is from doesn't recommend it.

i just brought in the speedy prep towels and the speedy prep pads for testing...cant wait to try them.

i tried the elastrofoam block are scratched the living heck outta my truck...

you can also use detail spay with the clay bar and then just wax it right off

Just clay barred mine a couple weeks ago. I could not believe the difference ! The contaminants that were removed was amazing. The truck was as smooth as glass. Followed the clay bar with polish then wax. A lot of work but so worth it. A clean truck just seems to drive better than a dirty one !!
