Default Rear end shaking

Hey my name is Ryan I have a 2012 ram r/t lowered with the djm lowering kit. I installed the adjustable pan hard bar from spohn racing to correct the off cent axel issue. I got my trinity tuner and wanted to see how fast she cold go now and at 190km/h I had no choice but to slow down because I thought I was going to flip. Is this issue due to soft Oem 4 link bushings or because the pan hard is still out of geometry. I'm a long time reader but never post I'm glad to be joining the convo and appreciate the help I also added a pic

If it is a vibration it is most likely you pinion angle is not correct. If you lowered it and did not rotate the rear axle to set you pinion angle to the correct degree you can get a vibration from the drive shaft.

I am taking into account that you did align it correct?

Otherwise, tons of us have lowered our trucks the same way, and I have heard no one else complain about this. I ran my truck to 120 a couple of times and smooth as silk, I have drag raced it also, and ran it on a 1.2 mile road course about 20 laps, and no issues. I would definately take it back to the alignment shop and check it out.

Your drivshaft alignment should be fine, even though you lowered it, with the 4 link arms, it keeps the rear end in the same angle of adjustment, wether it is maxed compressed or hanging down low from a lift!

Yes I aligned it properly. And no it's not a vibration it's a compleat shimmy in the rear end. I believe it is the bushings but remember I'm from Canada and live in Manitoba were are best roads would problly be considered shit to most of you guys

Did you check your wheels, are they seated properly. Sometimes rust builds up on the center and the wheels do not seat against the hub properly.

How much did you lower it? With bad/bumpy roads, it could be the rear axle beating against the bump stops.
I lowered mine 2" in the rear and if I hit a good dip in road I get the rear end hitting the bump stops.

Did you ever get it figured out? Did you swap out the bushings for something else or was it the panhard bar needing to be adjusted?

Maybe try contacting the guy who posted this thread for help: http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=140306
