Maximum Care – The Very Best Protection For Your Vehicle!

Maximum Care is the most comprehensive extended warranty available for Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep. It extends your Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep's powertrain and basic component coverage beyond the 3-year/36,000-mile manufacturer's warranty and covers more than 5,000 components, providing virtually complete mechanical coverage for your vehicle. Maximum Care is available with a variety of terms, so choose the time and mileage that is best for you

Covered Components

Maximum Care is an exclusionary extended warranty, often referred to as a "Bumper-to-Bumper warranty" and as such if it's not excluded, it's covered. The only parts and labor not covered are:

Maintenance services and items used in such services.
Glass, plastic lenses.
Body and paint items, including soft trim.
Wear items such as manual clutch assembly, brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums and belts are not covered at any time.
Snow plows, winches and trailer hitches

Towing And Roadside Assistance

Maximum Care provides 24 hour "Sign-And-Go" towing and roadside assistance (up to $100 per occurrence). Benefits include towing, flat tire change (with your good spare), battery jump, out-of-gas fuel delivery (maximum 2 gallons), lock out service (i.e. keys locked in car or frozen lock). Towing assistance will only be dispatched for mechanical disablement which renders the vehicle inoperative. The plan will cover towing and roadside assistance in instances where it is not covered by the factory warranty.

First Day Rental

Maximum Care provides a $35 first day rental allowance in the event your covered vehicle requires any mechanical repairs or maintenance service at a participating dealership.

Car Rental Allowance

Maximum Care will pay up to $35 a day for a maximum of five days ($175 maximum) anytime a covered component described in your Plan Provision or Basic Chrysler Warranty fails, rendering the vehicle inoperable and in need of overnight repairs. Car rental allowance coverage is not provided where loaner vehicle coverage is provided by the warranty or the dealer. The rental car must be obtained from a dealer or from a licensed rental agency. Rental coverage is subject to state and local laws and those imposed by the rental agency. Chrysler is not responsible for any refusal of a rental agency to rent a vehicle to you.

$1,000 Trip Interruption Protection

Maximum Care will pay up to $1,000 for lodging, meals and transportation expenses in the event your covered vehicle encounters a mechanical breakdown while you are 100 miles or more away from home.

Auto Valet Concierge Service

Maximum Care provides a range of specialty services via a 1-800 phone call. A quick toll-free call provides immediate 24-hour assistance for the following:

Directions Assistance–providing trip route guidance (mapping, approximate drive time and mileage) and driving "Turn-by-Turn" directions to most cities and towns across the U.S.
Lodging reservations.
Location & listings of restaurants and other businesses.
Airline Information–Available flights, times and fares.
Even updates of major news, sports scores and weather reports.

One-Time Plan Transfer

A service contract can make your vehicle more valuable and easier to sell. Remaining plan coverage may be transferred to the subsequent purchaser of the vehicle at the time of vehicle sale. Maximum Care allows you to transfer your extended warranty one time in the event you sell your vehicle (a transfer fee of $50 applies in most states).

Personalized Plan Provisions And Identification Card

Upon receipt and approval of a Chrysler Service Contract application form, you will be mailed a Personalized Plan Provision and Identification Card. They will identify you and your vehicle to the servicing dealer as eligible for plan service.

When Plan Coverage Starts And Ends

Plan coverage continues for the length of time and mileage you select. All time and mileage specifications are from the warranty start date (the original in-service date of the vehicle) and 0 miles. Plan expiration is specified in you Plans Provisions. Car rental coverage starts on the day you purchase the plan and covers those repair instances when a replacement vehicle is not otherwise provided.

Here Are Just Some Of The Parts Covered By Maximum Care

The winch part of the warranty... you wrote/
My Warranty covered the Winch ... the picture below is the breakdown of the Aftermarket Warranty coverage to the Dodge Power Wagon Warn Winch replacement... I also get the 5 day rental , and it basically covers Everything Dodge's warranty covers but for $50 Deductible... and that's a very pricey item to the truck but the saying goes "you get what you pay for".. So IMO shop around... and keep in mind My truck its a 2012 its a 2006...

Thanks plumcrazy, but unless I inputed something wrong it is ony about $80 cheaper.I selected GMC as make ,for there was not an option for Chrysler/Dodge/Ram...
Also, I did not see a lifetime option.

It was just a copy and paste... I was making it noted that Some companies do cover the Winch and basically have to do your homework and shop around..

To be clear.. I didn't say it was your warranty silly :P :P

If I decline to purchase the Unlimited Lifetime Maximum Care Warranty at the dealership when we go to pick the truck, how long (in terms of years and/or miles) do I have to decide on purchasing the Lifetime Maximum Care Warranty? Does the price go up the longer you wait to purchase the warranty? Thanks!

Pretty sure you have until 3/36 to buy it. And yes, the price does go up, but not until 1 year or 12000 miles.
