Question air bag lights on

I posted this question on the Dakota forum but the only answer I got didn't make sense to me so,I hope someone can help me on this forum. My '05 Dakota air bag lights came on a couple weeks ago and stay on while thetruck is on.The passenger air bag "OFF" light is on and the air bag light in the dash is on.I checked the fuses, there is no fuse in the air bag #2 slot,it is the new square type with the window on top, according to the owners manual this fuse replaces the old fuseable link, the air bag #3 has a good 10 amp fuse I couldn't find an air bag #1 fuse.Any help will be greatly appreciated.

OK,so I went and looked again, this time wearing my glasses, and found all three fuses were good, the #2 fuse that I thought was the fuseable link type was in the #46 position,I had been looking in the #48 which isn't used. So,any help will be greatly apprietiated.
