Yes it's lacking the cross hairs, but it's just too barren period. What if you added a black Ram emblem right in the middle to break it up some? A quick photoshop could see if the idea works.
eh, not gonna bother with it. it broke already from a rock or from shutting the grille (never was a fan of how the grille is part of the hood on these 3rd gens). Regardless i have already ordered a black OEM style.

Thanks for the advice though!

yeah I think color matched would look best. I found a factory patriot blue grille but it was $419

I ordered the black one, if I still don't like the black, then I'll see about getting it painted

You are starting to turn into the plasti-dipp knowledge station.. Every question I have had, I have seen you do it in plasti-dipp.

Think I am gonna do emblem too.. Also, saw somewhere you did your bumpers too.. how hard was it and how many cans did you need?

Thanks

I'd say put the stock grille back on but take the bug deflector off it. You could even paint the billet inserts black if you want some more black on the front. I think that would look pretty sick.
Ditto here. Not digging the black grille on your setup. Headlights look good though.

yea I remember seeing that truck about a month back.. That just seems like some serious patience and some serious focus. I somehow messed up my emblems and had to peel out all the letters and in the ram heads. Idk.. I have tried twice with the smoke, and both times came out rather junky.. I got the black now, but think the cold may have screwed them up before.. So waiting for a nice day.

Whole truck.. that would cost a pretty penny.. and he did 4 coats too..
