Default Undercover Flex Not Very Waterproof?

I've got an undercover flex and I know they say they aren't 100% waterproof but mine seems to let A LOT of water in, less than without a cover of course but so much that it doesn't seem worth having if it wont keep my stuff inside dry. Is this normal or is something wrong with my cover?

I think they had an issue with leaking. There's at least one video on youtube showing some guy testing his undercover flex and the water is pouring in. Seems most tonneaus leak a little at the tailgate, but not at the hinge seams.

Yep, that's where mine leaks. I've got two seams that do it. I didn't even think to do a youtube search. I expect a bit of leakage, I mean it's not 100% water sealed by any means but it seems like there isn't much point in a cover if it's going to let that much water in.

True. Have you approached the company? The youtube video said something about an older model leaking. Maybe you can get an exchange from the company if you can't get a refund/return from wherever you bought it. I've heard better things about the Bakflip.

I'm going to look into it now, if they can't help me maybe I'll look into the Bakflip or go with a folding cover without the seams.
