Default Damaged front bumper.

I damaged my front bumper. So far I went to one body shop and they quoted me close to $1000 to repair it.

I'm considering replacing it myself. What's the best place to order replacement bumper?

This is for 2012 RAM 1500 Sport.

Thanks.

Yeah looks like you did a number there!

Well there are MULTIPLE pieces to the front bumper. Would you just need the fascia part? I tried a quick google search, but proved more difficult than I thought.

I too damaged my bumper on my 2007, just bought the new metal part for $290 from stylintrucks and swapped myself.

pics for you to laugh at.

I tried google, but I'm confused. From what I can say bumper for sport model is one piece.

If all internal parts are OK, all I would need is the front piece. I'll still need to paint it to mach.

Judging by the way your fog Light is pushed in, you will likely need a couple of internal pieces too. Have you looked at it from underneath/behind?

Hopefully it's a cheap and easy fix for you.

This is for 2012 RAM 1500 Sport.

Thanks.
Actually if they are replacing the bumper skin, with painting and installation, under 1000 dollars doesn't sound too bad to me. I recently had a rear bumper skin replaced on a Dodge Caliber it was around 1200 dollars.

Also if you are not satisfied with the final product the body shop is on the hook for it, as opposed to doing it yourself. Just my 2 cents.

Would love to get aftermarket bumper, if I can find one under $1000. Got a quote from Iron Bull for Defender 4 and with shipping it's $2100. That's out of my budget.
