Default Plasti-dip or bed liner my bumpers?

i know i want to paint my bumpers black and redo my grill since the black paint is chipping, i hate the chrome on my truck, i cant stand it. but dont know what i want to do. plasti-dip them or use a truck bed liner to make them look more ruggid. any input on what would be better?

Plastidip and see how you like it. It's cheaper than bed liner and easily removed if you don't like the look.

I agree with this, but the plasti-dipp won't hold up very well on the bumpers. That is not what it's designed to do.

If you don't mind doing the bumpers more than once, and paying out the cash more than once it might be a good way to see if you like the look before pulling the trigger on the bed liner material.

It all comes down to it's YOUR truck, so your opinion is truly the only one that matters.

Good luck

Exco

I would go with the bed liner and just be done with it. It will definitely give your truck a rugged look and you'll never have to worry about scratching your bumpers.

I went that route with my brush guard, tool box, nerf bars, and bed.

today i went to Auto Zone and got a bed liner roll on kit for around 32 dollars. bumpers turned out great, looks freaking sick. i think the roll on was the way to go a lot easier to control and not so messy didnt have to tape off to much. doing my grill tomorrow.
