Default sounds like a dumb question, but....

Hey I just got my oil changed about a week ago and had them replace a quart of oil with some marvel mystery oil as instructions say on back of bottle. Ever since then right by my mileage on the dash when I crank her up it says change oil. Is this something I need to worry about?

When you had your oil changed they probably didn't reset the oil light to tell the truck it was already done

Ya sounds like you just need to reset the light. Turn the key to the run position, press the gas pedal to the floor 3 times, and then turn the key back to the off position. You should be good then.
