Default Transmission problem after first service

I had the transmission serviced on my 2010 4.7 a couple weeks ago at my brothe in laws shop. There was an issue with the filters required. One of the filters for a 2010 ram did not match the old filter. After sending the replacement and original filter back to the parts store, I was told the original filter matched that of a 2008 ram. The 08 filter fit and all seemed fine. A few days later I started to notice a little delay in the transmission when shifting from park to drive or reverse after the truck sat a while. I have noticed this a few time over the last couple werks.

Has anyone else seen this or know what could be causing this?
Thanks in advance

Good info here:

I'd guess you used aftermarket filters and it didn't have the anti drain back valve, which is where ramtech was headed I believe.

Same here! Been getting the downshift shudder since day one. I can more or less duplicate it now - always going about 45-50, in Eco, downshift to merge or pass, and shudders like its quickly in and out of the gear. I heard there was a flash for the condition but I just haven't focused on it now that I am in my extended warranty period.

the flash fixes it but it makes the shift VERY soft and spongy. Its like they detuned it to hide the real issue. Because i had this issue as well, happened off and on with the shuddering, then i got a custom tune, and its even more obvious now from the extra power.

Pretty sure it needs a new torque converter

New Torque Converter (2800 Street Edge) didn't make a difference on mine. Still does it.
The 545RFE is just a turd, needs better clutches/frictions, valve body and line pressure. (and tuning)

It's basically the same trans Dodge has been using for over 10 years,
back when the first Hemi Ram was only 345 crank HP.
