There's a long trail of roasted tranny's, even with minor bolt on NA Rams,
but I've never read about a 4G Eagle Hemi engine failure on ANY of the Ram Performance boards I frequent. Boosted or not.

Links or it didn't happen

MGH has run his Twin Turbo AWD 2010 Ram HARD since 2011,
Broke a handful of 545RFE's before he figured out how to build a bullet proof one
by trial and error that's been good for over a year now on two of his Turbo builds on 5.7L 4G's
Both 5.7L Rams pushing over 500HP/500TQ (at the wheels) on all stock internals.

You can safely boost to 6-7 psi without worry as long as your a/f doesn't run lean.
The guys pushing 8-9 lbs of boost are using alcohol injection (Water/Meth) kits if they're smart
to keep things cooler/safer while adding more fuel to avoid leaning out the mix at higher RPM.

http://www.alcoholinjectionsystems.com/index.html

Benefits Of Water Methanol Injection:
  • Lower air charge temperatures by 50-250+ degrees
  • Reduces cylinder temperatures up to 300+ degrees
  • Increase your 87-93 pump gas by 8-20+ points
  • Increase horsepower safely by 10-15%
  • Allows you to safely run more boost and timing
  • Cools and protects the tops of your pistons and upper ring
  • Longer more stable combustion expansion and progression
  • Removes carbon build up from combustion chambers, pistons and valves
  • Reduces & helps eliminate engine damaging detonation & pre-ignition
  • No need for expensive racing fuel or additives

Anything that boost the power is good but you always have to consider what it is you are trying to achieve before slapping $$$ on the counter. I looked at many options to boost my 2007 and cost effective thoughts kept stopping me from putting another 7 to 8K in my truck. I like it just like it is was my final call but then I was offered a golden opportunity to buy my 2012 F150 EcoBoost with Twin Turbos that I have been using for work this past year and of course I bought it. I get anywhere from 21 to 25 MPG depending on how much I play while driving. If there were a twin turbo available to put on the Hemi then it is a no brainer where I would spend my money.

Spoke to Edelbrock while on the Power Tour, the E Force Supercharger will be out in about 90-120 days

Just talled to National Sales Manager a week ago, he said fitment is done, working on calibration at this time. Theirs has been plug and play on the Chevy/Ford, and they like others have an option to purchase motor/tranny extended warranty to cover theirs, like that idea.

Sweet!
I'll look into this as well.
Extended warranty is something nice.
I'll want to know their fine print which I'll find out too when I call

Cool, also talked to Magnuson on PT, they also have the ability to give you a warranty on tranny/motor.
