Default A Good Visit

Went to the dealership earlier today for service and a couple of issues....and I'm happy to say it was productive visit. The service Advisor was very helpful and accomendating....and as a result, they are ordering me a new roof moulding and a new seat cover and bulster pad for the driver side seat. They also synced my new smartphone for me. To be honest, I thought it would be a hassle, but to my surprise, it went just the way it suppose to....and it cost me less than 60 bucks! It's nice when things are easy every once in a while.

Just wondering what issue(s) you were having with your seat? I took my rig into my dealer last week for bulging and a popcorn sound from both front seats.. they took pics and submitted a warranty claim to Chrysler Corporate.. called me today saying it was approved and that they'll call me when my new seat covers arrive.. they never mentioned replacing bolsters in the seat and now that I read your post, it sounds like that is what they need to be replacing as my leather covers are just fine, it is what is *beneath* the covers that is causing my issue..

The outer bolster pad on the seat itself was actually creased underneath the seat cover.....I can actually feel deep grooves in the padding itself. The cover stretched out to where it was folding over. I tried to straighten it out but it is too loose. I should have gotten leather....really dont like the cloth material. The advisor took pics, and said he'll be in touch when the items come in. Hopefully Chrysler doesnt shoot it down.

I'm actually a University of Kansas grad, but I'm still rooting for the Shockers. This small town of Wichita is going absolutely crazy over the Final Four.

Good for them....always exciting for the underdog....kansas was a big surprise, thought they would go deeper like they usually do.

Update on the parts......dealer called this morning and the parts are in! They will be installed Friday morning.....pinch me......am I dreaming??

I had the drivers seat stretching or bulging as well. Chrysler approved new seat cover. replaced it and it looks exactly the same as it did before. taking it back this weekend to have it re-examined. I think it is the cushion that needs to be more dense not the cover stretching but the padding compressing
