Default 05 ram 1500 4x4 suspension question

I want to put the rancho quicklifts on the front, but everything online shows they fit 06 models and newer... Am I screwed and can't use them, or will they fit 05s? Any advice would be appreciated.

06'S up have coil spring front suspension. We have torsion bars (not a bad thing) If you want to adjust them, there is an adjustment bolt already there. I put an extra leaf on the rear and raised the front about 2" on front without spending a dollar. I had my dealer put on Rancho 9000's all around when it was new. (awesome) Still give great control at 185,000 miles.

If that's the case then there is no need for the leveling keys then?
