Interesting...I will have a look at this and see if we can set up an account with them

I decided on the Diamondback. More secure than anything else I found plus I like the way it easily comes off as well as the front and back opening.

Well I am cheap and I had the Access on my 04 Ram and that lasted just fine through MN winters for 7 years, so I have put another one on my new 13, I will say that it seems like the fabric is thinner on the new one, but it is way cheaper than the options everyone is speaking of on here, but it rolls up all the way so you have full access to the bed. The one negative is that it does sit on the inside of the bed rails so you lose a couple inches, my buddy just put one that goes all the way over his side rails and I kinda wish I had gone that route, oh well, only paid $400 for mine vs the $7-$800 ones everyone is speaking of on here...

I just started looking a tonneau covers and the area where i live is very prone to large hail so a good sturdy cover seems like the best bet.

Any suggestions on were to start looking?

Thanks,

JD

I had an access put on my 2000 dakota two weeks after i picked it up in 99. Had that truck and cover for 12 years and no issues ever. Hence my 12 ram now has an access cover, plus u can wire up led lights to the cover rails.

Just bought mine from auto anything who is also a vender here. I got a cheapo compared to the balflip and other covers mentioned here but they have a big selection. I ended up getting the tonnopro loroll for $223 shipped. It is a soft roll up so it might stand fair well with feet of snow on it for long periods of time but I'd expect hail to just bounce off of it with a problem. I live in va where we don't get much snow and I will probably keep the cover opened most of the time anyway.
