Default Need a little reassurance please

So, I'm just about to the point that I can finally afford to put a lift on my truck. I've read and read and read and I think I know just enough to be dangerous. I was hoping you lift gurus could ease my worries with a yay or a nay on my proposed set up. Here's my criteria.

NO rubbing No trimming. Neither is acceptable to me.

I want to keep a 1.5 - 2" rake or there abouts.

Here's my parts list with a couple questions. All subject to change pending last minute indecision.

4" Zone lift w/ 3" rear coil springs.

Bilstein 5100s all around. Set the front at 2.1 or 2.8?

Planning to run 35x12.50 Mickey ATZs.

Here's where I need the most help I suppose. I really like the MM 951s but their 20x9 only comes in a +18 or +30. (stock is +18 right?) I was planning to run a neg offset as I wanted my tires to poke out a bit for a wider stance. They offer a -18 on the 20x10 but I think that'll rub? Zone sez 20x9 max size. I will not use spacers.

So I guess what I'm asking is that, the +18 will sit just about where the stockers do? And if I want them to stick out a bit, I need to pick a different wheel? I may go with XD Badlands -12 offset in that case. Or maybe the Revolvers. Or maybe...sonofabitch!

One last question. Why is it so damn hard to pick a set of wheels?

Well first off if you want to keep any amount of rake you're going to want to keep your Bilsteins set to 0 or 0.7" (I believe that's the next setting). At 2.1" you would be pretty much dead level front and back.

Stock wheels are 20x9 +19 offset. In order to clear 35x12.5's with those guys have to run 1/4" spacers in order to clear the UCA. There's no way around it. So with the wheels you want being +18 offset, you will either need to run spacers or a narrower tire. That being said, with a 4" lift I would recommend running a negative offset wheel just to give you the proper stance. A 20x9 -12 offset would be perfect in my opinion (provided you aren't running fender flares). If you haven't checked out some of the sticky'ed threads in the 4x4 lifted section of the forum I suggest you do that. Lots of guys posted pictures of what their set up looks like with all their specs. It will give you a good idea of what the different offset and lift combo's look like.

you could drop down to a 17x9 wheel, they have the MM 951 in a -12mm offset.

They are cheaper...the tires will be cheaper. You'll have more sidewall.. WIN WIN WIN WIN
