Unhappy after 20 minutes of driving the truck hardly runs

Long story short. I bought this truck. Fixed a bunch of body rust, about two weeks of work. Put plates and insurance on it and on the first long drive I came to an intersection and when I started up it just started misfiring and running like shit. I towed it home and started to research what it could be. I have replaced the distributor, the cap and rotor, plug wires, plenum and intake gaskets, temperature sensor, and pcv valve. I took it out again and it ran great for about 35 - 40 minutes and once again just started spitting and sputtering. I have a ton of money into this truck and I cant just keep replacing parts. No codes and the check engine light is not on.
2000 Ram with the 5.9L Magnum. 4x4 195,000 miles. Please Help!

Somehow, watch fuel pressure. If you have a gauge, run it up out of the hood and tape it to the windshield. Next would be converter, you could do a back pressure test, or temp, but you'll have to catch it acting up, or just cut it off. Does it hard start at all? Head gasket jumps to mind, but it would likely hard start, and overheat. And it could even be that wonderful plenum pan gasket, sometimes it takes a while for a code to set. I am gonna put my money on a fuel pump until I hear further. Good luck!
