Default Back window leaking inside the track??

Ok I bought a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn off a guy bought a month ago...well I noticed one day I went to the under back seat storage compartment to find it SOAKED with water.. so I looked more into it today since it was warm..body shop guy said its probaly the third brake light leaking..so we sprayed water all over the third brake light..no leak what so ever..so after scratching our heads more we looked at the back glass..

This truck has the manual slide window in the back glass..well I noticed quickly once the girlfriend put water on the slide window water was pooling into the track inside the truck under the window and the track would overflow and water would go down the wall and flood the storage compartments..

So I ran to the glass shop.. he said take a paperclip and an airhose and you will find 4 little drain holes in the track...which i did.. and he said blow them out as they are probaly just packed with junk.. well i spent time and did this and it STILL leaks..same issue.. put water on slide window.. water fills track..water overflows goes down walls and pools in storage compartments..

so my question is..what do I do to fix this issue? Again..its not the 3rd brake light..

Does the window have alot of play in the track? You may have to mess with those drain holes a bit more...may still be cloged. I seen some where you have to snake the entire hose to unclog...

Ive considered taking out the 3rd window and putting a tradional glass in.. that way it will not leak since the window in the glass will be gone and it will just be a plain jane back glass.I can do this for 160.00 = it needs fixed soon as its been leaking for awhile and it has a musty smell now since its getting warm outside and its heating the truck interior up .. im going to take out the back seats and have them cleaned, the back floorboards and even the back wall ..to kill mold and get the smell out.. what a mess!

I had the same problem but only when the rain was hard and the wind blew it right....the 3rd brake light leaked...and I'd get a steady stream of water down my back window. Pulled it out and replaced the seal....fixed. By the way, I have a solid, single piece back window.
