Default Possible to add a factory trailer brake controller?

Hello, is it possible to add a factory trailer brake controller to a 2013 Big Horn that didn't come with it? Going to be buying a trailer with brakes and the factory switch would be much neater. Would it require more than the 1 part? would it require dealer programming to get it to work? Thanks

yes it is possible put a foctory controller in my 2010 took me about 20 mins, will work perfectly fine without going to a dealership. however if you want it to display in the evic you will have to go get them to add it to the programming.

2013 & 2014 Ram Integrated Brake Controller is a different unit from the 2009 - 2012
It mounts in the center dash console

Mopar 82213474 from the dealer and the back screw to mount the bracket is in a terrible spot. 3rd screw is not really needed though but I am picky that way.

You are a better man than I. I attempted the third screw a few times before I gave up on it.
