Hello all, any other word on this issue ? are other drivers feeling the sloshing effect ? With larger tanks .. shouldn't the design include baffles ?

Exactly what I was thinking... baffles would be easy to incorporate internally in the mold. They would not add much weight, etc. Should be this way from the factory. I really only feel the thud around 3/4 tank the rest of the time it is not noticeable.

I'll be looking under the truck when I have it.
It will be interesting to look at the mount points of the tank - if there is any opportunity to CUSHION the mounts .. some kind of Bushing, rubber .. wounder if that would absorb the energy of the swooshing ?

I finally notice this as well at 3/4 tank. I didn't notice it at first until I had to stop quickly. It does not happen during normal slow down stop.
