Default SeaFoam motor treatment.

Hello all
It's almost time for my oil change, but I was thinking about do a seafoam treatment before hand. I've read a lot of good reviews and some bad.
I read somewhere that it can clog up your cats because of the carbon that breaks loose? And I read it's not great for higher mileage vehicles?
But most reviews suggest seafoam works wonders.

Have any of you ever used it? and are the results noticeable? or is this stuff a waste of time?
Thanks

I use it every oil change. I dont think there are any noticable changes, definately have not noticed any problems while using it. I add a little bit into the vacuum line, gas tank and crank case. When added to the vacuum there will be a rough start for a few seconds, then everything will be good. Id say go for it.

I have never used Seafoam in the oil because I believe if you change your oil on schedule and use a high quality oil, additives to the oil are unnecessary, but I have and do add it to the fuel about every 3K. It is a good product and it works.

So none of you have ever had issues with it? I think my truck could really use a cleaning, I mean I change the oil every 3k miles, but I notice some hesitation when I start out from a dead stop.
So you guys say add it the crank case, vacuum, and gas tank, and to put it in the vacuum line, where do you usually start at? And I've heard the engine should be running as you add it to the vacuum?
