instead of tuner, you can always do the tap/shift.

35in tires sounds like you need a steeper gear, you've killed the torque with tall tires, try some smaller tires and see how it runs

Wait what? Is this directed to me? My truck has the original factory tires and rims.

EDIT: Never mind! I didn't see the comment about the 35" tires.
