Looks like stock 22" R/T wheels to me, but I might be wrong. On second glance, they appear to be larger than 22".

Looks like the stock chrome clads on steroids... Possible photoshop? Front calipers just look disproportionately large.

Yup I'm gonna agree on the photoshop. The lug spacing and caliper size just looks way off. Something about the lip of the wheel and bead of the tire looks a little off to me too....
