I think Clifford has to be put down. Youve had nothing but problems with that poor truck. Hopefully you get things worked out, and props for having patience, I think I would have pushed the truck off a high cliff by now.

One thing is when a vehicle begins to experience codes and show signs of something being amiss, its not a Ideal to continue to use the Vehicle as this can damage the engine. JMO from experiance, hope they figure it out for ya

i contacted a different dealer, the one i bought the truck from and told them the story. i also told them that i put a muffler on it and im worried that it may casue warranty issues for me... you know what the guy to me...??? well sir this may just void your warranty.. adding parts that increase performance and hp will surely void any chrysler warranty. First off im pretty sure it didnt increase my horsepower... and second of all the truck first went to the dealership on march 1 when the prolem started.... i did the exhause on march 15th... im pretty sure the muffler has nothing to do with it...

I think this would be the right time to stop mentioning mods and start mentioning just the issue. If you keep telling them things you've done to the truck they will play dumb and try to blame what you have done.

Keep what's wrong with your truck the main topic... no background information on mods or anything. If you think a mod is in question take it off!

Since you are having a recurring issue I suggest you quit fooling around and put the the stock tune in and leave the trinity in the house somewhere until you get this issue resolved. If it only happens with the trinity then try a different tune. If it happens again only with a tune loaded then ditch it.

If you are having issues regardless then bring it as close to stock as you can then suck it up for a while and drive it. Soon as it starts having issues bring it in and hammer them to fix what is going wrong. If you keep mentioning mods I doubt you will get far.

This is just how I would handle it and is my opinion on your ongoing issues you have been having.

Correct. Eliminate as much as possible on your own so that when it does happen again the dealership won't have anything else to blame it on except the truck.

Either way though don't mention the mods to the dealership..it obviously isn't helping your case.

A crack in the cylinder head, a crack in the deck of an engine block or a damaged or blown head gasket will cause coolant to enter the combustion chamber resulting in white/gray smoke. Especially if the first two are near the coolant jacket.

I've only had my Dodge for about a year, but I've had plenty of experience with other vehicles. I would definitely take a look at some of the possibilities above, as they can all result in white smoke from coolant burning int he combustion chamber. I know those are pretty general answers but they might lead you in the right direction.
