Default steering wheel wobble 90-120kmh up

steering wheel shakes back and forth very lightly at 90 and continues to grow and stay same at around 120kmh. just looking for some trouble shooting advice . i did install a 4" lift kit and changed my tires over to new rims. im fairly positive that everything is tight on the front end but still give your 2 cents

Chances are your wheels need to be balanced.

i was thinking that could possibly be it but haven't had the rims on the truck that long. maybe the sticky weights fell off on one not sure.

balance for sure, and get it re-aligned if you haven't already

Rims freshly balanced and installed is very suspect for your shake.
Either you lost a weight or they were never balanced properly in the first place. Take it back to who ever balanced them and tell them you have a shake.

Yep. Have them check balance and alignment. After my 6" RCX lift and Bilsteins were installed the shop aligned it, but I ended up having to get it realigned about a month later. Shop said that it happens sometimes after lift settles into place. No big deal for me since I got a one year alignment warranty.
