Default Help with my heater

I have a 2003 1500 with 4.7 auto. The temp going in is 190 coming out around 180 something but coming out of the heat vents only around 100. Do you think it could be the
blend door stuck or what my local garage said they need to remove the dash to check to see if that is the problem an 8 hour job at 65.00 an hour. Thanks any help appreciated Roy
Also forgot to say the air blowing out is very low no force to it at all.

well you can rule out the blend doors yourself. just take apart the lower dash yourself and listen as you move the hvac knobs to the doors moving. you will know when you find a broken door or a bad actuator. There are videos on this on YouTube.
