Default Truck pulling left after driver-side bump... Crap

Hi you guys. I am brand new to the forums with my 2010 Regular Cab in my beautiful Deep Sea Blue! I have plans to take lots of pictures and show you guys the aftermarket plans I have for it! But to my surprise it came with a pretty little lift kit... Get ready to laugh at my failure lol.

So on my second day of owning it I of course hit a parking boulder that I didn't see. Driver's side front. Just a large stone they use as parking meters at a local park. It slid basically right under the bumper and scratched the frame. Very small scuff on the left corner, other than that most of the damage was the stone pushing the underside of the bumper up into the air, snapping the bolts that held the fog lamp brackets. Some scuff marks, no dents. Was going 5-10mph

Anyway I have looked at all the parts extremely thoroughly and nothing seems damaged, bent, dinged, scratched or otherwise asymmetrical.

But oddly enough the truck has a minor to moderate pull to the left, very noticeable if I let go of the wheel. And the most obvious part, when I am holding the wheel to drive the truck straight the Steering Wheel is no longer centered but tilted so that my 10 and 2 oclock hands are at 12 and 4 o clock.

Also, strangely, the MPG seems to be worse.

Does anyone have any ideas? I would love to hear from anyone who's had a similar problem. The only thing I can assume is that the alignment got totally screwed when one tire only ran up against the rock? I am really not sure.

Thanks so much for any help
-Ricky

Oh I should mention the air tire pressure is normal, same on all four tires.

You either knocked it out of alignment or bent the tie rod. Those would be my first two guesses. It is possible that you bent the control arm, but from the story you told, it doesn't sound like you hit the bump too hard.
