Got mine yesterday as well. Glad they broadened the scope of the recall from what was originally announced as I have had two failures. Letter says that the part isn't available yet and that I will get a follow-up letter when it's available.

So, does this mean thay are going to change everyone, or just look at them? 46,000 and no trouble.

Is Dodge deliberately hoping that by delaying what should be a relatively simple fix they can minimize the number of vehicles they have to work on? It's been months since I got the notice and the dealers know nothing.

how about this? I just took my truck in because there was this really bad grinding noise. So they fixed it and told me it was the same thing we all got the recall letter on. So i asked them if i still needed to bring the car in for the recall. and they stated yes i would have to because they just put the new bad parts back on.

I got the recall notice a few days ago. But, a couple months ago I dropped the driveshaft and removed the nut and added my own Loctite. The nut wasn't super tight but it was by no means loosening up.
