Default 2 Electrical problems

New to the forum and am having a problem with my headlights.
I have a B1634 and a B163B error codes.
My high beam on the driver side does not work but my low beam does.
Right head light works fine.

Next when I turn my left turn signal on my left headlight flashs also.

Anyone have a suggestion on what to check or how to troubleshoot these problems. Am grateful for any help.
