Default Diablo Trinity Wiring/Pod Adapter

Not sure if this is the right forum, but I didn't know where else to put it. I tried searching and couldn't find anything on the topic. I installed my A pillar pod for my Trinity, and ran the wire nice and clean by just popping the weather stripping and that side panel to snake the wire. Now my problem is with that Molex connection that goes in the back of the Trinity, I'm having a problem with the Pod adapter seating the right way. I have it set up that the wire is coming out of the bottom. I left just enough slack so I can pull the Trinity off and unplug, cause it's a very tight squeeze in there. The Pod adapter fits fine, except at the bottom where the wire comes out. It won't go all the way in and seat up against the pod. Any trick to this? Did I leave too much slack? Run the wires behind the a pillar pod wrong? It just doesn't seem right to me. Seems like with a few nice size bumps that the whole pod adapter will slip out and the whole unit come crashing down.

I have mine popping out from the left rather than the bottom
It's giving you issues because of the way the plug wants to sit

I actually found a solution I found in my truck that it has nothing to do with the wires. The pod adapter is too long and when I slide it into the pod, the top of it is actually hitting the A pillar, which was evident by the marks on my pillar from pushing the pod in. Due to the slope of our A pillar, it has plenty of room on the bottom, but not on the top. So I cut about 1/2" of the back of the pod adapter and now it seats perfectly. Trick for me was to also pull the wire snug while pushing the pod adapter in to the pod. Hopefully I have the pod up there for a long time because if I go back to stock the marks on my A pillar from me pushing will annoy the crap out of me haha
