If your going to spend on something as important as the headlights on your truck don't be stingy on the amount you will put on them, that includes the bulbs and ballasts, not only the housing. That being said.

A lot of the stuff you will buy on ebay is crap, you wont notice it at first, but stuff like rear rubbers are cheap and will crack after a few months allowing humidity into the head lamp, seals are not as tight and the plastic housings are thin and easily broken.

Not all projectors can take HID's and not all projectors can take 55 watt HIS's so you need to confirm with the vendor.

Retroshop makes some good products, even better is to have your own housings modified with projectors.

Retrosolutions has great HID products with everything you need to run them in your truck and that they work.

Last but not least, you pay for what you get. If your thinking you want to keep your truck for many years, get something good.

This ^^^^ is very good advice. I've bought the cheap ones in years past and regretted it

Once again Asur has some great advice here.... Spend the money now or you'll spend the money later, trust me I know! If it means saving up some extra bucks to get the best....DO IT
