Where is the microphone?

Is your 2013 phone quality using bluetooth good or bad?
People have told me its very good. As good or better then my last car. I use it frequently and no one has complained yet.

I had posted this before in another similar thread but the manual does say the mic is in the rear view mirror and to aviod issues to use it with the windows closed and to adjust the mirrow about and inch downward so the mic picks you up better.

My 2011 1500 Bluetooth has always worked perfectly. Not sure where that mic is (thought it was on the radio itself) but if hate to downgrade phone call quality by upgrading my truck. Only time will tell.

My wife drive my truck so im the one on the other end. I can attest that most of the times there is a high level of background nise to the point its hard to hear her. I adked her if she had her windows down and she said no. Other times it crystal clear...im still trying to determine the cause. I only know the windows down is not the cause.
