On my last car I first used brush on paint on my calipers. It ended up getting chipped very easily and then started flaking off. If you're going to do it, do it right. Take them off the truck, clean them up proper, put a good coat of primer on, then a couple coats of caliper paint, then a couple coats of clear.

I picked up my paint in Lordco up here in Canada. I forget what brand it was but it was in a taller black can with a brake disc on the front made specifically for calipers. It worked very well. Check out what your local auto shop has. They should have some good caliper paint in stock.

I used Dupli-Color with ceramic, brush on in red. Been on 5 years and still looks great. The main thing is to clean the calipers good. I applied the paint and let it dry for 24hrs. then I drove my truck for a week then rinsed them off and applied a high heat clear

Your best bet clean them really good then hit them with header paint then use the brush on it will not chip as bad.
