Default How Do You Remove The 2013 Fuel Door

I am reposting this here because I think I posted it in the wrong section a couple hours ago.

Does anyone here know how to remove the fuel door on a 2013 2500 6.7l? There are two torqx srews that are easy to get to but there are two others inside the filler area that I cant seem to figure out how to remove.

Here are a couple pictures of the srews I am haveing trouble with.

Thanks!

I've got the same issue with my 2014 1500/Hemi. Did you ever find out how to remove those screws? Thanks......
