Just checked out trucar and my truck target price is 2
$39,385 I think. If I signed the purchase agreement is it to late to negotiate more? Kinda feeling ripped off since I'm at $44 something thinking it was a good deal!

Average paid is $41k for my same truck! I hope I can still negotiate and didn't screw up by signing that paper.

I'm guessing the deal has been struck. I doubt they will let you negotiate more. Unless, you walk from that dealership and the truck you ordered and go to a different dealership with the intent on negotiating down to at least invoice pricing.

I probably should have gotten $1000 to $1500 more off on my deal, but my dealership gave me about $1500 more on my trade than I expected to get. In the end, I could second guess myself all day. But, all will be forgotten when the truck shows up on the lot.

What exactly does the purchase agreement mean? I still haven't technically bought the truck and can cancel the whole thing tomorrow if I wanted to. Do you really think my negotiating power is gone now? Hope this isn't another live and learn moment for me because that's an expensive one. The problem with ordering a truck is that you don't really know the msrp so that gives the dealer the upper hand. Wish I knew about trucar a long time ago.

You can try the worst will happen is the won't budge, and truthfully I would not if I were them, I mean think about it, what if they came back said hey you need to pay more then we agreed , then it would be hey the dealer is trying to screw me. Nothing wrong with trying but I would honor my word if it were me or at least not bad mouth them for wanting to stick to the original deal.

Found out today that I was mistaken. Price is actually $42k after incentives and what not so I actually didn't do to bad. Could have been better but i'll live with it! lol
