Default Air bags in the rear coils.

What brands are good? How hard is the install? Where should I buy them? I want them for when I tow my camper with an atv in the bed.

I use the airlift 1000 bags. Thy took about 45 minutes to install. I bought them from a local shop. They work really well,I tow a fifth wheel with my truck and it keeps it level.

I have the Airlift 1000 bags as well. I've only used them once so far but they worked great.

+++ on Airlift 1000. Had them on since the fall. 15 lbs and the truck handles much better than stock when cornering. As a bonus they also keep your truck level when loaded.

I have TLC (Total Load Control) on my outdoorsman. Love them. Pull a 5th wheel and keeps my truck level. I posted pics on the forum in the vendors section. It took me a few hours to install everything, bags, gage, electrical and compressor. Im far from a mechanic but it was easy enough to install with the basic tools. I would highly recomend them.

For those who have the air lift 1000's do you have each bag filled separate or by using the T fitting have the air go to both. I am trying to figure out which way is better. I like both but at times it would be nice to have them separate for greater stability and ability to adjust for load.

I have the airlift and for the money they work great. I hauled firewood all weekend and they work awesome. I fill them to 35psi for hauling but air them down for a smooth ride when not hauling. Just brought home my camper from dealership this weekend and they worked great. I have the lines desperate. I feel its a smarter way toset it up and has worked great so far. Install is so easy, longest part was running lines through the frame so they don't get caught on anything.

I have mined T-ed together running off a compressor. I will mainly be using them when I pull trailers so I didn't really need the ability to air up each bag separately seeing as the weight will be concentrated in the middle of the truck. How you should set it up will depend on what you plan on using the bags for. If you think you're going to have uneven loads in the box of your truck then being able to air up the bags separately makes more sense.
