Default High Beam/Low Beam not working on one side

Hey crew, I am new to the forums as well as to Ram ownership. I just picked up a 2010 Ram Laramie and I love it so far. However the lights on the passenger side of the truck have stopped working all together.

The high beam, the low beam and the blinker in the mirror have all stopped working. The blinker in the head light works fine and the tail light works as well. Is it possible to have 3 bulbs out at the same time, or is there likely a bigger issue?

I did get a replacement bulb from the dealership but once I realized you have to remove the grill in order to change it, I thought I would do a little more research first.

Thanks in advance guys.
