Let me give you a tip about your garage sine it looks as tight as mine by some of those foam pool noodles and put on wall because not today nor tomorrow but 1 day you will whack that wall lol, unless you got a back up camera
Yeah, the backup camera was standard on the Longhorn. Instead of the noodles, I put 4x4 blocks of wood at the edge of the step behind the rear tires. I back up to the blocks and it puts me 2" from the wall. I couldn't do the noodles anyways since I now have my fishing poles mounted on the wall behind my Ram. I had to rearrange my poles though since first time backing up, I hit a couple of my reels.

I do that for my Wife's car ever since she ran into my work bench when pulling into the garage. It won't work for me though since I have to back in. I can't pull in forward. There is a 4" step that extends from the wall 3' and unless I drive up onto the step, my rear bumper hangs out the garage. Also, Have cabinets down both sides of my garage and I have the door 6" from the cabinets. I couldn't get out the driver's door if I pulled in forward and I don't want to climb over the console to get out.

Hey firemarshallvin if you would like to see the color if you haven't already,
My dealer has a Longhorn in that color on the lot in Flemington, NJ

I love it. I was split between the BakFlip VP and F1 but became concerned about the longevity of the vinyl VP in the Arizona heat. I also chose the F1 due to it's longer warranty and better hail resistance. It's going to be very handy.

Ya these colors on the RAM are really nice. I like that the color looks different depending on how the light hits it and how much light.

I know the True Pearl Blue also has different tints and overcast days it can look a charcoal grey from a distance.

Can't speak for Explorer Rob, but I just installed the BakFlip FiberMax last night and love the look of it on my truck.

It couldn't have been more easier to install, it would have taken me 20 min. from start to finish but when I went to screw on the bolts to hold down the front, one of them wouldn't screw in. The threads were not all the way through, Headed over to my Dad's who has every tool you can think of and grabbed a tap set and redid the thread and went on perfect.

So with that delay I just have to finish up putting in the drain tubes, bumpers for back of cab, and the fold up bars to hold the cover in place.

Had some good rain last night, looked inside and the bed was bone dry.
That's good to hear about staying dry. We won't likely see any rain until July so it's nice to know it will stay dry. You got me beat on the installation time by a mile. I probably spent about 4 hours installing it. I can be pretty anal when I'm doing things so I took a lot of time. Hardest part for me was getting it lined up correctly. When I thought I was done I had a 1/4" gap at the tail gate. I then spent about an hour loosening the two handles and repositioning the cover and tightening the handles only to have to do it over again until I got it exactly where I want it. I had no problems getting my two bolts through at least.

Thats a good size for a truck owner. Mine on the way CC 6'4 Laramie would barely fit in your garage with next to nothing to spare as it is 19.825 feet
