Default Installing this S&B CAI was a huge mistake

I'm gonna go through so much gas having way to much fun ripping around everywhere

Just joking.. My S&B was delivered yesterday, and within ten minutes I had the hood popped and the transformation started.
The intake sounds awsome and I can even notice a difference in power. It does also look amazing..
All my friends with their K&N's were jelous

Great Intake, and I can't wait to get a flowmaster on next week to see how they go together.
Thanks to everyone who had posted reviews and suggested it before.

My engine is a littler dirty .. gotta get that cleaned...

Well here is a pic.. Went with a dry filter, might try oil down the road.

Looks great!! Wish S&B made an intake for the 4.7's.... The Flowmaster exhaust will sound great! Love it on my truck. Are you doing a full dual cat back system or just a muffler swap?

Initially I wanted to do a full duel cat back system.. But due to future mod plans (tuner/ small lift/ level/ 35 inch tires) and somehow still have money to take the girlfriend out

It will be a muffler swap and a new tip.. Down the road after everything else.. there will be duels.

Yup I definitely understand where you're coming from. It would be awesome to be able to do everything at once but unfortunately money (or lack there of) doesn't always allow it. But hey, at least you have something to look forward to.

Great choice! Love mine too! It goes well with my magnaflow! Don't worry...after a while you won't care about gas mileage anymore!! Unless you enjoy driving like a grandma!
