Default Bilstiens for 2013 dodge ram 1500 outdoorsman

Looking to put Bilstiens on 2013 dodge ram 1500 outdoorsman to level it. I have read on sites that you can't put them on outdoorsman, then some posts on here say you can, Can someone give me some more info? If so, Looking for price, and part #'s for the front. I on;y have 4 posts so i can't PM anyone about prices etc.

Yes, you can put the Bilsteins on an Outdoorsman. Why some leveling kits don't work on the Outdoorsman models is because they have taller front struts from the factory. Therefore putting a spacer on them, a 2.5" for example is way too much height on the front end which would put your CV shaft angles way too steep and would be really hard on front end parts. By changing to the Bilsteins you eliminate that problem altogether.

Also what setting would i set it for 2013 outdoorsman to be level? 2.1, 2.8 etc?

You can also email them. Just add a ".com" to the end of those usernames I gave you.

2.1" is probably where you'll want them to look level. You'll still have a slight amount of rake but it will look level to the eye. At 2.8" you'll probably be a little nose high without adding a rear coil spacer.
