Default Rear Endlinks

I am looking at getting a rear sway bar because the Express model did not come with one but I am having a hard time finding endlinks for the rear that are not from the dealer. I was hoping there has an aftermarket one with polyurethane bushings but I cant seem to find anyone that makes them. I was wondering what others have done when the truck did not come with endlinks?

I got my hellwig rear bar from sdtrucksprings, checked the option for the hellwig adjustable endlinks. You will not get the four bolts that attach it to the rear axle though, I went to a nearby dealer and they gave me the same thread count, grade, size bolts for free, however they were not technically the factory bolts that cost $5-10 apiece. Had it for 20k miles and no issues, other than occasionally having to retighten the bolts between the bar and endlinks.

Can you get a few digital photos of your set up and upload a few photos?
