Default 2013 Ram 2500 Projector HID Lighting/Change Out

I just purchased some new, hopefully better lighting for my new 2013 Ram Laramie 2500. I bought HIR for the low beams and 9006 for the fogs in the 8000 color spectrum. My existing lights are the projector style. My question is how hard is it to change the lamps out? Is there a sticky on how to do so? I don't have a clue on how to change them and would like some info before they get here. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I am not sure this is the way to install the new HID lamps. The video is for a 2009. My 2010 as well as my 2013 have an excess panel inside the fender well to felicitate a lamp change. I hope this is all I have to do to install my new HID lamps is just open up the access panel. The fog lamps may be different but hopefully not much.

Its a little bit more involved in changing bulbs or HID for that matter, but many has done it already and should be all plugnplay. That access panel is just to reach in and dislodge the tab to remove headlight assembly. In the video he just thought it was easier to see the tab by removing the 2 bolts on fender liner. You can see in the video he has the access panel in fender liner also. The headlight assembly will have to be removed to do the HID installation. What brand did you go with? I went with TRS brand. Regardless you should receive full instructions with yours. Mine just shipped today and planning install as soon as I get them. Will post pics 2009-2013 are all gen 4 trucks and are the same in headlamp removal

I will have to wait till I get the lamps to see what I might have to do. On my 2010 Ram 2500 I replaced the left lamp 2 times through the fender well access panel but these HID's may be different. I went with BI-XENON LIGHTS HI-LO HID KIT CANBUS BALLAST 55W in the8000 color.
